ADMISSIONS

Application Requirements

a. Form 138
– submit a photocopy before the GCA Admission Test
– submit the original copy after passing the GCA Admission Test
b. 4pcs. 1×1 ID picture, white background b. Form 137 (only if requested)
c. Certificate of Good Moral Character
d. Completed Application Form
e. NSO Birth Certificate, photocopy
f. A child should pass both the Admission Test and Interview set by the OCG

Admission Committee
- For Pre-School Pupils
  - Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  - 3pcs. 1×1 picture
- Student from foreign schools
  - Certificate of Eligibility from DECS/Permit to Study
  - Certification of Grade
- Placement from DECS Alien Student
  - Original and photocopy of the Alien Certificate of Registration
  - Certification of Grade Placement from DECS

Bases for Acceptance:

A. Nursery

At least 3 years of age by June of the school year
Can stay in the classroom by herself/himself
Toilet trained

B. Kinder

At least 4 years of age by June of the school year
Can stay in the classroom by herself/himself
Toilet trained

C. Preparatory

At least 5 years of age by June of the school year
Can stay in the classroom by herself/himself
Toilet trained

D. Grade I

At least 6 years of age by the time the student enrolled to our school
Completed at least 1 school year in Pre-School

E. A child should pass both the Admission Test and Interview set by the OCG Admission Committee

F. Satisfactory grade in conduct G. Children who may not meet the age requirement are treated on a case-to-case basis.
